<*n>风电叶片模具的新型<*n>加热层及加热方法：
<*n>该加热层设置于该模具母模表面成型的内结构层与外结构层之间;<*n>其特点为：
<*n>加热层包括至少3<*n>段导热层<*n>,<*n>每段导热层均由若干根弯曲成蛇形状的导流铜管以并排方式等间距、平铺于所述叶尖、叶中及叶根相对部位上<*n>;
<*n>导流铜管的两个端口均伸出外结构层表面与外设的加热装置连接;<*n>加热方法包括向上述加热层内循环通入热水以满足叶片产品高温固化条件的水循环方式<*n>;<*n>通过不断循环往复的高温水在模具表面流动<*n>,<*n>实现了风电叶片产品固化时的温度要求。该加热层的设置****了大型叶片产品的成型质量<*n>,<*n>模具自重减轻<*n>,<*n>制作成本低<*n>,<*n>其加热方法安全稳定<*n>,<*n>易于实施。
<*n>考虑到风电叶片模具导流铜管中的空气较多 <*n>排气较难的问题，我公司特别针对风电叶片模具水加热器机型*排气口径，增加流量 <*n>****压力等。具体机型有ARD-30-36(<*n>大梁 腹板用<*n>)ARD-50-72<*n>（叶片模具用）。经过多年努力 国内多家风电叶片公司均在使用我公司的产品，如世纪威能 三一重工 上玻院 力仓（红叶）风电等。
