技术说明 : Technical description
SX-PJ1型系列平面焊接机械手是本公司专利产品，适合工件在同一个平面内的曲线焊缝焊接。本机采用模块化设计，变成通用机床，更换不同工件时只需更换不同的工装，弥补原先的专机通用范围窄，关节机械手价格贵，维护费用高等缺陷。
产品特点：Product features
※ 采用本公司研发的*焊接系统，拥有****的示教盒示教功能（与关节机械手采点一样的方式），简便快捷、精度更高，使得机械手能在****加速方式下运行，节省工作时间，在平面焊接范围内取代关节机械手，价格只有关节机械手的三分之一左右，有*的性价比。
※ 设备采用4轴联动*控制软件进行数字控制,根据客户需求可扩展到五轴，如配备*二轴伺服变位器,扩展到五到六轴，焊接范围可大大加大。
※示教盒采用全新设计，更加小型、轻量化。而且通过标准配置的触摸屏功能及微调旋钮使得操作更加直观、方便。
※ 可集成TIG钨*****弧焊、MIG/MAG熔化****气体保护焊、PAW等离子焊等焊接方式。
注：1，我公司可以根据客户工件不同要求定制平面机械手。
2，伺服电机进口及国产二种配置，滚珠丝杆及导轨采用台湾上银，重复*精度在±0.05mm。

* 设备本体为四轴控制，每轴均采用伺服马达驱动，进口滚珠丝杆及直线导轨，回转无间隙减速机为本公司*专利设计，维修*方便，维修成本大大降低，*度高。
* 采用PLC控制,手持式操作器操作，并可实现与其它配套装置联机使用，扩大使用范围。
*可灵活运用于产线中的物品移栽,具有对取放料高度可不一致,占地空间小.
* 抓取料方式可依客户产品特殊处理.
