固体流量计（冲板流量计）用于流动性强的粉状、颗粒状物料的计量设备，主要适用于物料流量密闭，安装受限制，其它同类产品不能适应的场合，广泛应用于建材、水泥、化工、火某炭、矿山、陶瓷、玻璃、冶金、粮食、化肥、饲料、港口、电力、焦化、环境保护等行业。

工作原理Working Principle

固体流量计把测得物料流量信号送到微处理控制系统，自动计算出物料的瞬时流量和物料的累计产量。由微处理控制器不断的将实际流量和设定的流量进行比较，并对预给料装置进行位置或速度控制，从而来改变物料的前馈给定量，以达到恒定给料的目的。

校正仓的作用在于对给料部分进行不定期的标定，使给料部分不断被修正误差，以保证给料精度。

The solid flow meter sent the measured material flow signal to the microprocessor co*ol system, automatically calculate the cumulative production material instantaneous flow and material. The micro processing co*oller will continue compare the actual flow and the setting flow , pre-feeding device *ition or speed co*ol, feedforward to change the material to quantitative, in order to achieve the pur*e of c*tant feed.

Calibration chamber lies in the role of the feeding part calibration do not regularly, make the feeding part being error correctio*ensure the feeding precision.
